For UK customers ordering online, postage and packaging will be FREE via standard delivery or £6.50 next day delivery (Mon-Fri).
Our normal delivery period is 5 to 7 working days from date of order, but usually it is much quicker than this and we aim to get it posted within 24 hours. Parcels must be signed for and cannot be left in the porch, garage, shed etc, and Orders should be received within a maximum of 14 working days. The order cut off time for next day delivery is 1pm.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return the shoes to us in an unworn condition and in their original packaging, within 14 days of having received them and we will arrange a full refund, the postage charge is only refundable if the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrect. The customer is responsible for the returns postage charge. We will only exchange or refund for goods that have not been used, worn, damaged or modified.
